Orders & Deliveries

We want to make your shopping experience at Klein Mode as pleasant and easy as possible. On this page, you will find all the information about ordering, delivery, shipping times, and possible issues with delivery.

1. Place an order

The ordering process at Klein Mode is quick and straightforward:

  1. On the product page, select the desired variant and click on "Add to Cart".

  2. Check your shopping cart and click on "Checkout".

  3. Enter your address details and select the desired payment method.

  4. All payments are made via an SSL-encrypted connection – for maximum security.

Payment Methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, AMEX)
  • PayPal

After completing the order process, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Areas

We currently deliver exclusively to Germany, Austria, United Kingdom, USA, France, and Spain. The following applies to both countries:

Free shipping – no minimum order value
No hidden fees
Environmentally friendly packaging

3. Processing & Shipping Duration

Processing time: 1–3 business days
Delivery time: 8–10 business days from the shipping date

We consolidate orders to reduce CO₂ emissions and costs. This enables fair prices while also protecting the environment.

Please note: Due to seasonal peak times, high demand, or external factors (e.g., customs inspections), delays may occasionally occur. We ask for your understanding in such cases.

4. Shipment Tracking (Track & Trace)

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can conveniently track your delivery online via this link – e.g., through ParcelsApp or directly on our website.

5. Delivery & Receipt

As soon as your order has arrived, please check the condition of the goods. If anything is damaged or incorrectly delivered, the following rules apply:

Wrong or damaged product?

For the first incident, we send a free replacement – a refund is not possible.

If the replacement product is damaged again, you will receive a full refund.

Package lost?

If your shipment is lost in transit, you will receive a free replacement package. Only after that do our regular return and refund conditions apply.

6. Import duties (customs fees)

Due to legal changes (since July 1, 2021), customs may in rare cases charge a small import duty. However, in over 99% of cases, no additional costs will be incurred by you.

7. Uncollected shipments

If a package is not picked up and is returned to us:

A processing fee of 50% of the order value will be retained. For a reshipment, we charge €9.50 shipping costs.
