Return period
Customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the product must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@klein-mode.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. After reviewing and approving your request, you will receive detailed instructions for the return. If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label.
The product must be carefully returned in its original packaging. All labels and tags must be intact. Please include the completed return form and, if applicable, supporting documents (e.g., photos of defective products). If a return label is provided, print it out and attach it visibly to the package.
Return shipping costs

For defective or damaged products, Klein Mode covers the return shipping costs – you bear no financial burden for issues beyond your control.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered, item does not fit, change of mind), the customer bears the return shipping costs.

There are no restocking fees.

Change of mind: Returns are possible within 30 days if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Defective products: Please contact our customer service immediately and send pictures of the defect. After approval, we cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement delivery or a full refund.

Damaged delivery: Photos of the damage must be submitted within 48 hours after delivery.

Wrong item delivered: We cover the return shipping costs and ensure the correct replacement delivery.

Undelivered shipment: Contact us, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping service provider. In case of loss, we offer either a refund or a replacement delivery.

Cancellation before shipping: You can cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the regular return procedure applies.
Return address
All returns must be sent to our central returns warehouse. The exact address will be provided by customer service.
Please use DHL with tracking for returns to ensure secure and traceable delivery.
Processing time for refunds

For the return, carefully pack the product and send it to the specified address. Make sure the goods are well protected during transport, and choose a trackable shipping method so you can track when the package is delivered.
Once the goods have arrived at the warehouse, the seller checks whether the goods are in good condition and meet the return conditions.
